Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions govern every contract made between Sportsview Picture Agency (the "Supplier") for the supply of images and any individual, partnership or company (the "Client"). An IMAGE includes a digital file, transparency, negative, print or any other means of transmitting or supplying photographic material.

Worldwide Copyright of the images is retained by the photographer (e.g. Mike Haberfield) at all times. Images are supplied on loan and no property or copyright in any pictures shall pass to the Client.

Reproduction Rights

Reproduction rights are strictly limited to the use, period of time and territory as specified on the Supplier's invoice. Reproduction rights are assigned to the Client, and may not be loaned or transferred to third parties. The Client's right to reproduce arises only when the relevant fee has been agreed and paid. Any prior permission for the reproduction of images will be revoked if payment is not made in full or the Client ceases trading. Reproduction rights are not granted exclusively to the Client except when specifically agreed to and noted on the relevant invoice.

Care of Photographic Images

The Client will take all reasonable care with images while in their possession. Risk and responsibility for images passes to the Client from the time they are received until their safe return.

Picture Credits

The right to a picture credit (e.g. Mike Haberfield/Sportsview, printed in reasonable proximity to the published image) is asserted in accordance with sections 77 and 78 Copyright, Designs & Patents Act 1988.

Electronic Storage

Other than for purposes of agreed usage, the images may not be stored in any form of electronic medium or placed in any form on the internet without the Supplier's prior agreement.

Payment Terms

The Supplier's invoice shall be paid within 30 days of issue.
